Financing options are available for qualified homeowners on projects Remodeling Network LLC performs directly. When we introduce you to a contractor from our network, that contractor's own financing programs — if any — are described in their proposal.
How financing works
- Tell us about your project. Once the scope is written, you'll know the real number you're financing — not a guess.
- Ask about financing when we talk. We'll explain the current options and what's required to apply.
- Approval is subject to a credit check and the financing provider's terms. Remodeling Network LLC is not a lender.
- Payments are made to the financing provider under the agreement you sign with them.
What homeowners typically finance
Roof replacements after storm damage, siding and window packages, kitchen and bathroom remodels, finished basements, and additions. Smaller repairs are usually paid directly; larger projects are where a monthly payment makes the difference between starting now and waiting.
Before you finance any home improvement
Get the scope in writing, compare more than one proposal, and read the financing agreement — the rate, the term, any promotional period and what happens when it ends. Our 10 Steps to Hiring the Right NJ Contractor walks through the rest. New Jersey requires a written contract for home improvement work of $500 or more; financing does not replace it.
