Residential and commercial remodeling. Custom construction projects. Renovations and repairs. Project planning and design consultations.

We are committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and ensuring compliance with the highest state standards for construction and contracting.

2. Financing Options

We offer flexible financing options to help make your projects more accessible. Terms and conditions for financing are outlined in the agreements provided to qualifying clients.

Financing approval is subject to a credit check and agreement to the terms of the financing provider. Clients are responsible for adhering to the repayment schedule as outlined in their financing agreement.

3. Warranties

All projects completed by Remodeling Network LLC are covered by a 5-year limited warranty, ensuring peace of mind for our clients.

3.1 Warranty Coverage

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service.

3.2 Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or alterations by a third party. Natural disasters, such as floods, fires, or storms. Normal wear and tear.

If an issue arises within the warranty period, please contact us promptly to schedule an inspection and resolution.

4. Client Obligations

To ensure the successful completion of your project, clients must:

Provide accurate information regarding project requirements. Grant access to the property for inspections and construction work. Comply with all terms of the signed contract.

Failure to meet these obligations may delay project completion or result in additional costs.

5. Compliance with State Standards

Remodeling Network LLC adheres to all applicable New Jersey state and local laws regarding Homeowner protection, regulations, and building codes. Permits and inspections will be obtained as required for each project to ensure compliance and safety.

6. Payments and Fees

Clients agree to the following payment terms:

A deposit is required to secure services and initiate the project. Progress payments are due at agreed milestones throughout the project. Final payment is due upon completion of the project.

6.1 Late Payments

Late payments may result in additional fees as outlined in the signed agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver high-quality services, Remodeling Network LLC is not liable for:

Delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather, supply chain issues, or permit delays. Incidental or consequential damages arising from project work.

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided under the signed contract.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement under the following conditions:

Breach of contract terms.

Mutual agreement to terminate.

Failure to make payments as agreed.

In the event of termination, the client may be responsible for payment for work completed up to the date of termination.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to these Terms will be resolved through arbitration or mediation, unless otherwise required by law. The governing law will be the laws of the State of New Jersey.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
