4. Text messages (SMS): opt-in details
a. How you opt in. You opt in to text messages by ticking the separate, optional texting box on one of our website forms (for example "Start my project" or "Join the Network") after entering your mobile number, or by texting us first. The box is never pre-checked, and consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase or service. We record the date and time of your consent.
b. What we send. Automated replies confirming your project request or contractor application, follow-up questions, appointment confirmations and reminders, account and membership updates, and replies to your texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. We send marketing texts only if you separately opt in to them.
c. Opting out and help. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP, call (866) 934-3577 or email remodelingnetworkllc@gmail.com for help. After opting out, we may still call or email you about an existing request.
d. No sharing of SMS opt-in data. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, other than the messaging platform that delivers our texts on our behalf. The sharing described in section 5 does not apply to your mobile number or your texting consent.
e. Data security for texting. We take reasonable measures to protect the data transmitted via text messages. However, no method of transmission is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information shared over text.
5. Disclosure of information
We may share your information with:
- Service providers and third parties necessary for our operations
- Law enforcement or legal entities when required by law
- Other entities with your explicit consent
We will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

Our website does not send your name, email address, phone number or the text of any message you submit to Google or Meta.

- Access and request a copy of your personal information

9. Data security practices
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no system is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
