How long does a roof replacement take?
Most residential roofs are replaced in one to three days. Decking repairs, multiple layers to remove and complex rooflines add time.
Do I need a permit to replace my roof in New Jersey?
Typically yes for a full replacement; many towns exempt minor repairs. Your scope will state the requirement for your municipality.
What warranty comes with a new roof?
Manufacturer coverage on the materials (registered systems can extend it) plus our 1-year workmanship warranty on work we perform (extended coverage available). When a network contractor performs the work, their warranty is stated in their proposal.
